Submit comments / complaints
According to the Education Act, Chapter 4, Section 8, the principal must have written procedures for receiving and investigating complaints against the education.
- If you have a question or complaint, always contact the relevant staff member first.
- If you feel that you are not being listened to or if your matter concerns an organizational issue, please contact the principal.
- If there is reason to take the complaint further, the principal should be contacted, who in this case is represented by the school's CEO.
- If the complaint has not been heard in the previous steps, you can also make a written report to the Swedish School Inspectorate via their website: www.skolinspektionen.se or by letter. However, it is important that the previous steps have been taken.
It is an advantage if the complaint is made in writing, preferably via the form on this page, as it is then formulated in your own words and can become an important basis for any investigation.
Complaints received are handled and possibly investigated by the principal, which the principal is responsible for ensuring. If the complaint concerns the principal, it is the principal who investigates. Feedback on how the complaint is handled is always promptly provided to the person who reported it.
It is of course welcome to share positive comments and opinions!
